Ingredients
  • 1 whole wheat everything bagel
  • 1tablespoon hummus
  • 1 grilled chicken cutlet
  • 31/4 inch slices roasted pepper
  • 11/4 inch slice fresh mozzarella
  • kale salad
Instructions
  1. Slice the ends off of the bagel and toast. Spread with hummus and top with chicken, roasted peppers, mozzarella and kale salad.
