Spinach Parsley Spice Yogurt Dip

A delicious dip without the guilt

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups packed fresh spinach and parsley
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 chopped jalapeno chile
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 1/2 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 T fresh lemon juice
  • 2 1/4 cups plain fat free Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Mix all, chill and serve with veggies or whole wheat pita chips
