Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 slice frozen banana
  • 1 cup wild frozen blueberries
  • 1 slice of frozen ginger
  • 1 slice of frozen turmeric
  • 2 almonds
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Place all in a blender and blend until smooth.
